All returns accepted for store credit or exchanges only within 5 days of purchase..
All returned items are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. The item must arrive back to our store in its original condition and manufacturing packaging. The item must be received at the store no later than 5 days from purchase and the item must be in its original packaging and undamaged.
All shipping charges on all items are non-refundable and will be deducted from store credit. Please include a copy of your invoice. All sale items, special orders, or custom orders are final; no exchanges or refunds will be granted.
Most of the items we sell we have in stock, there are instances when pieces sell out. In which case you can order it at the time and wait for it to arrive or send us an email with the item of interest and we will let you know when it is in stock and you can purchase it then.
